Our Approach

Borne worked with Sidekicks to design and develop an iOS and Android app as well as web platform. Blue chip corporations can use the web app to source temporary staff and smart search across the network, while employees can showcase their skills via the iOS and Android apps which take care of timesheets and payments.

Together with Sidekicks, Borne helped to revolutionise temporary recruitment. We successfully designed and developed a mobile and web platform which enabled Sidekicks to automate a huge amount of their workload. This left Sidekicks with more time to build relationships and screen candidates.
